  The stock broker who ripped you off for your life savings or the kid who knocks off a liquor store.

  Yes, I do see the injustice here, but each individual needs to take reponsibilty for themselves. You gotta worry about you.

  I do not feel licensed to rob my local bank beacause some Wall Street asshole did. That's his problem: whether he got shot, imprisoned, or is living the life in the Caymans. That ain't my problem. I'm not robbing the bank.

  And as far as I'm concerned, they all should be shot!

  The only thing I see is the cops should've been mostly black instead of white. Makes no difference to the end result.

  If this is what DESIGNS is hinting about, RAZZIEL got it 100% right.

  Let's consider the whole scenario again, but this time it's one of the two "black" cops on our local force of about twenty-ish.

  I steal stuff. . . . Confrontation with "black" cop. . . . . Ends up shooting me. Everything same as above.

  Again, be honest: Why did this happen? Because the cop was black?

  I don't think so, and I'm the dead guy.

  Also, reaction from my "mostly white" community because I was shot by a "black" cop (and I am telling you the honest-to-John truth here):

  "What in the hell is wrong with that guy? He must be insane! Rob a store, attack a police officer?! That guy was cracked."

  They would then order a Mocha Latte.

  Perhaps I'm oversimplifying, but here's what I thought when this whole thing started:

  I'm a white guy. I live in a middle/upper-middle class area with mostly white people.

  Most of the cops in our town are white.

  So I decide to go down to the convenience store, and I steal a pack of cigarillos (actually, I dont smoke, so it might be some booze).

  I leave the store, the storekeeper calls the cops.

  Town cops pull up to me walking down the street. Words are exchanged. Then I physically assault the cop and tell him he's a fucking pussy and he wouldn't dare shoot me.

  Then I start waking away.

  The cop starts chasing me.

  So I charge him.

  He takes three shots at me.

  I stop. Then I decide to keep charging him.

  He then shoots me dead.

  Now honestly tell me: why did I get shot?

  Because this is pretty much what I expect would happen to me if I did all the things this guy supposedly did.

  Having been on a federal grand jury myself, I know the threshold for indicmtent is pretty low - all that is needed is probable cause. We indicted 100% of the cases we saw - you really couldnt do otherwise.

  I have to think there was really just nothing at all there for them not to indict.

  lawson was sitting on a wooden bench and holding his hands up when the unnamed officer started throwing punches.. witness michelle anas was on her way home from work when she stumbled across the scene.. she said she went to call 911 just as the officer pulled out his truncheon and cracked lawson over the head, sending him reeling across the platform as blood poured from his skull.. "it was one of the most awful things i've ever seen," witness michelle anas told new york daily news.

  this is an unofficial survey.. was curious as to the number of currently serving elders who were born-in and/or raised as jw versus those who were "recruited"( i.e, not born in or raised as jw.).

  for instance, right now in the hall i am assigned to:.

  2 elders were born-in and/or raised as jws.. 5 were not (recruited as adults).
